This multifunctional garment can be worn as a wrap skirt or a cape. The body is constructed out of mid-weight wool with a tartan motif throughout. The right side features a single snap closure, while the left side features a ribbed armhole. The front opening has a single inseam pocket. The top of the garment has a double snap closure and a grosgrain ribbon tie. Dark Red. 70% Wool / 25% Polyester / 3% Nylon / 2% 2% Acrylic. Made in Japan.
